Kids of the Kingdom
Many thanks to the kids at Hope Lutheran Brethren Church. They gave all three of us official autographed Kids of the Kingdom shirts. The church is a blessing to us in so many ways. We are looking forward to seeing several of the kids at Camp Forest Springs this summer.
Quick trip to St Louis MO
While we were in Rochester MN we decided to travel down to see JB and Abbie in Edwardsville IL. We had Easter dinner with Abbie’s grandparents in O’Fallon MO and then stopped at the Arch for a quick tour.

Sportsmans Banquet
My son-in-law Mark Luther and I went to a Sportsmans Banquet at Calvary Bible Church Neenah WI. We had a good time seeing a lot of familiar faces. The speaker for this event was Aaron Kampman (LB Green Bay Packers) so we had our picture taken with him. Just in case you are wondering I’m standing on the platform (he is still taller than I am)
Skiff Lake Bible Church Missions Conference-Jackson MI
This was our 22nd year in a row to do childrens ministries at this missions conference. The main speaker for this conference was Dr Ron Blue from Dallas Seminary. Here are the pictures that I promised the kids we would post.
Southern Lakes EF Womens Retreat
Diane was the keynote speaker for a women’s retreat in southern Wisconsin. A pleasant surprise welcomed us-campers from Camp Forest Springs.
Oshkosh Christian School
We had an opportunity to do a chapel for the elementary-Hairy with a little down time after the program.
RiverValley-Oshkosh

Cozumel Mexico
We went to the Parthenon Institute High School in Cozumel Mexico. We spent about an hour with the students singing and doing puppets.
My nephews family from South Carolina
Tim and his family came north to find some snow. (Tim, Laurie, Jonathon, Allison, Amanda, Madison, and Macey Pfaffenroth)
Great Christmas Memories
We had the privilege to have both of our children and spouses home for Christmas (Renee and Mark-JB and Abbie) What a great time!!!!
Trip To KOREA

Long time friends
Way up north in Presque Isle is a beautiful little church called “Living Hope”. Pastor and Mary Ann Krenz have been there for almost two decades and have a great ministry, reaching far beyond their little town. We had the privilege of doing a Thanksgiving family concert for them. We spent the night in their home, catching up on old times.
Bible Study
We have been “on the road” quite a bit this fall, but this week we were home in Oshkosh and able to get together for our Bible study once again. We are blessed to be in a small group with two young couples: Kris and Amanda, and our daughter Renee and her husband Mark. We’ve been meeting together since last year, and three months ago, Solomon (Kris and Amanda’s new son) joined us! Tonight we celebrated by heading over to Culver’s for pumpkin pecan ice cream.
